Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience required.
• Experience of working in Primary care.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chronic Disease: Diagnosis, monitoring, and development of management plans.
• Support and manage health needs of patients presenting for cervical cytology.
• Ensure the delivery of safe and effective nursing care.
