Our Practice Nurses are responsible for providing high-quality patient care, whilst ensuring they maintain IPC standards and adhere to practice and national guidelines.
You will work autonomously whilst providing a range of services including chronic disease management, health promotion, wound care and immunisations.
Our Practice Nurses are expected to engage with key practice initiatives and ensure that patients are being treated in line with the Quality & Outcomes Framework.
