The Practice Nurse will undertake a range of nursing assessments and provide appropriate care and treatment in conjunction with GPs, Nurse Practitioners, and other practice nurses or independently, inline with competence and need. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and improving standards of care, identifying patient population needs.
- Applying knowledge related to the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF).
- Delivering therapeutic interventions within a broader health promotion/public health strategy.
- Providing education and training on chronic clinical conditions.
- Offering specialist advice to patients and relatives regarding COPD, Asthma, and, where qualified, Diabetes.
- Engaging in further training for role development.
- Practising within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and maintaining accurate records.

The Neaman Practice, located in the Barbican, is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to lead our busy and friendly practice. This permanent role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

- Provide professional advice and support to practice nursing teams.
