A leading veterinary practice in Milnrow is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, support the owners in achieving business goals, and ensure high standards of client care. The ideal candidate will have management experience or be a Registered Veterinary Nurse ready for leadership. As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in helping our surgery operate smoothly day-to-day. You'll support our Practice Owners in delivering business objectives, ensuring our team is motivated, our operations run efficiently, and our clients receive the outstanding care we strive for. This is a full-time position (30-35 hours per week), Monday to Friday. We're happy to offer flexibility, whether you prefer three longer days or five shorter ones however, availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays is essential. Our practice operates Monday-Thursday from 9am to 7pm and Fridays from 9am to 6pm, so the ability to work evening shifts is essential.

While prior experience is desirable, we're especially keen to meet individuals who bring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a positive, motivating personality. You'll bring proven team-management experience or be a Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to grow into a leadership position. You'll have excellent communication skills, strong organisation and time‑management abilities, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues. Most importantly, you'll be committed to developing and coaching others.
