You'll be joining us as a Designate Practice manager in the Hampshire Area initially covering practices in areas such as - Havant/Gosport/Southsea/Copnar/Eastleigh & Romsey

Working hours are 40 hours Monday - Friday.

Your future in as a Designate Practice Manager

• Initially, you will have a base practice and be covering Practice Manager absences across our practices in your area in Hampshire before being placed in your permanent practice
• Must have a full driving licence and access to your own transport - travel expenses will be paid while in the Designate role
• A great opportunity to spend time in various-sized practices that offer different specialisms

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
