The Practice Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the firm, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and support for business development efforts. Key Responsibilities
Office Management
  • Oversee daily operations, including administrative functions and office logistics
  • Manage change and project initiatives

Financial Management
  • Oversee billing, revenue control, and debt recovery
