The Engagement & Comms Specialist is responsible for acting as the single point of contact between branch stakeholders, engagement teams, and internal deployment functions through the deployment process, resolving queries or issues to maintain momentum and confidence throughout rollout.
The role sits between multiple teams, providing coordination, escalation management, and progress reporting to support the successful delivery of multiple device deployment programmes, including cash automation and multifunctional hardware.
