We are looking for a Post Producer to join our team at DOMA !

This is a full-time position at our office in Bermondsey, London.

DOMA is London based full-service post-production company representing talent in Colour and Edit . Co-founders Jake Evans and Morgan Faverty previously founded Pavilion Works , a social-first content production company, in 2017. DOMA continues to offer the high-quality post-production services Pavilion Works is known for, while also expanding their scope of potential clients and collaborators in the industry.

DOMA represents colour and edit talent and has a growing roster, with plans for developing further suites and ambitions of VFX capabilities in the near future.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a passionate post-producer who is keen to be part of our growing team and has a passion for all things post production. You will be joining a tight knit team, helping to manage the day-to-day workflow across all our post-production services. This will include, scheduling, budgeting, liaising with clients in person and online, along with supporting talent scouting and new business.

We are a fresh face within the space and are excited to find someone to be part of this journey.

  • Mid-weight level position
  • Experience working at a post-house is essential
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Able to maintain a professional manner at all times
  • A true problem solver and able to act quickly to help our clients
  • Comfortable scheduling, quoting, and budgeting a range of post-projects
  • Experiencing handling projects up to £50k
  • Experience in a range of post services, including offline editing, Colour, online editing, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and mixing.
  • Experience working with VFX and Colour grading is preferred.
  • Familiar with workflows involving the Adobe Suite, Da Vinci, and Avid.
  • Able to work with our in-house team along with frequent suppliers and collaborators
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative
  • Hunger to learn and willingness to get stuck in
  • Comfortable networking and attending events on the company’s behalf.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once of differing scales and schedules.
  • Good people skills particularly when hosting in-person sessions with clients.
  • Supporting new business with the exec team.
