Salary: £35,365 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours

We are looking for someone with experience in designing, implementing and embedding person-centred assessment and intervention in line with Positive Behaviour Support approaches. Duties

• Conducting functional behaviour assessments and analysing data to develop and implement PBS strategies
• Supporting individuals at risk of exclusion or hospital admission through tailored support
• Ensuring all assessments are person-centred and accurately reflect risks and needs
• Helping to deliver systems which monitor progress and outcomes
• Delivering training and coaching to build PBS capacity within a team
• Working in partnership with individuals, families and professionals

About you

To be a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at Certitude, the following are essential:

• Hold a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support or a related discipline.
• A sound understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism, including those with complex health and mental health needs.
• Proven experience conducting functional behaviour assessments and implementing PBS strategies.
• Competence in data analysis to inform behaviour support planning and monitor quality-of-life outcomes.
• The ability to build and maintain respectful, trust-based relationships with individuals and families.
