Job description

A 6 month secondment opportunity has arisen for a Portering Duty Manager to join our busy Portering Team.

The role is a 37.5 hours full‑time contract, with a set working shift pattern in addition to being flexible at times to suit the portering operation and organisation.

  • Will require a high degree of flexibility to cover/attend meetings.
  • The role will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the department for the portering and waste manager when necessary.
  • The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a flexibility to shift patterns as the roles will also need to cover nights, weekends and Bank Holidays when necessary.
