Job description

This Cambridge-based technology firm are seeking a process-oriented individual with strong communication skills and experience designing, documenting and coordinating policies and workflows in a technical context. This could suit a graduate with a relevant degree and a closely-related internship at a technology company.

Your CV will show your:

  • Prior experience (through internships or employment) implementing commercial processes and documenting company policies, at a technology company (ideally with electronic, mechanical, embedded software products or AI), particularly around operations and workflow.
  • Strong project management skills, confident communication skills, and highly organised approach with attention to detail.
  • Awareness of regulatory frameworks, such as ISO standards and export controls, and their impact on a company.
  • Interest in business operations, efficiency, and technology development, and ability to engage constructively with a variety of stakeholders.

This is a full-time, office-based role in the defence sector. Applicants will need to be eligible for UK security clearance, and open to working on military projects.
