A dynamic organization in Aberdeen is seeking a proactive individual to coordinate performance strategy and reporting. The role involves implementing service plans, producing committee reports, and delivering timely performance insights. Candidates should have experience in performance management and be confident in collaborative work across teams. This is a fixed-term position for up to 12 months, with interviews expected on January 21 or 23, 2026.

You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues from a range of disciplines while having the confidence to take initiative and work independently.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Fixed term contract not exceeding 12 months
