A community support organization in Cardiff seeks a Pobl Trust Coordinator for part-time maternity cover. This role involves coordinating meetings and supporting funding rounds, requiring excellent organizational skills and a passion for community impact. The position offers flexible working arrangements and is a chance to work closely with motivated colleagues and local groups dedicated to inclusion and equality.
In this role you’ll be at the heart of community impact. You’ll help coordinate meetings, support funding rounds and assist with events that bring Pobl Trusts mission to life. You’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares about inclusion, creativity and making a real difference.
You’ll also have the chance to work closely with inspiring colleagues, trustees and local groups who share a commitment to equality and community wellbeing.
The Pobl Trust Coordinator sits within Pobl Group supporting the Chair of the Trust and working alongside colleagues in communications, marketing and finance. You’ll be the central point of contact for all Pobl Trust activity.
Your work will directly contribute to how Pobl Trust supports local projects from youth initiatives to wellbeing programmes, helping to build better, more connected communities.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You’ll bring great organisational skills, confidence with IT, be comfortable handling financial transactions and tracking budgets, and have a proactive approach to keeping everything on track. You’ll be a clear communicator with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and working inclusively with others.
If you have experience creating marketing materials, supporting social media or websites, organising events or projects, or adding a creative spark to admin tasks, that’s a fantastic bonus (but not essential). What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability and drive to make a positive impact.
