North Yorkshire Police are seeking committed and self-motivated individuals to join the PNC Bureau as PNC Bureau & DVLA Data Officers.
We’re recruiting for current vacancies and building a holding list for future opportunities. This means that even if a role isn’t immediately available, your application will be considered for upcoming positions within a 12 month period.
In this role, you’ll help manage vital information on the Police National Computer (PNC) and Law Enforcement Data Service (LEDS), including stolen vehicles, missing or wanted persons, and other operationally important data. Accuracy is essential – you’ll need a keen eye for detail to spot and correct errors quickly.
You’ll work closely with colleagues and external contacts to make sure records are accurate and shared lawfully. You’ll also act as the main contact for DVLA driver and vehicle enquiries, using national and local systems to identify tasks, clarify information, and support others.
