We’re looking for a seasoned change professional to join our Financial Services client, someone to lead a high‑performing Portfolio Management Office, someone who brings energy, clarity, and strategic thinking to complex change portfolios.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and inspire a team of PMO Analysts, fostering a culture of belonging, high performance, and growth.
  • You’ll own and uplift the change framework, ensuring governance remains effective yet proportionate.
  • Oversee quality assurance for projects and the wider portfolio, leading checkpoint sessions, conducting health checks, and embedding lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading PMO functions across complex programmes, including IT, business, and regulatory change
  • Financial Services experience is essential with a preference for Banking
  • Adept across all aspects of PMO including Planning, Risk & Issue Management, Reporting, Governance, Controls, Dependencies, Assurance & Document Management
  • Strong leadership skills, personality fit is key
  • Leads with purpose, empathy, and clarity
  • You bring a proactive, pragmatic approach to breaking down barriers and driving delivery at pace
  • You stay resilient when challenges arise and help others do the same
  • You communicate with impact, whether engaging senior leaders or supporting delivery teams
