Qualifications

• 4+ years of PMO experience or project/program management in a systems integration environment.
• Exceptional communicator in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in diverse and distributed environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty effectively.
• Experience developing and delivering effective training.
• Attention to detail and accuracy across documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve International SI Delivery Methodology and Governance framework.
• Collaborate with regional contacts to harmonise best practices.
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Evaluate benefits of the SI Delivery Methodology.
• Maintain Knowledge Management tools content.
