Type: Full-Time, 45 hours over 5 days, including 1 weekend day

We're looking for a versatile Plumber & GeneralMaintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our park’s facilities intop shape! From plumbing repairs to general upkeep, your expertise will helpensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.
KeyResponsibilities
- Carryout inspections, plumbing, general maintenance repairs across holiday homes andpark facilities.
- Promptlydiagnose and resolve plumbing issues, both routine and urgent to ensureeverything remains safe, functional, and guest-ready.
- Respondto general maintenance requests from guests, owners, or team in a friendly andprofessional manner.
-Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to maintain safety andperformance.
- Workcollaboratively with the wider maintenance team to deliver high-quality serviceacross the park.
- Maintainaccurate records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Fullyqualified Plumber (City & Guilds Level 1 or equivalent) with provenexperience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
- Practicalexperience in general maintenance is essential.
- Previousexperience working in a holiday park or similar setting is a bonus.
- Excellentproblem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of ateam.
- Strongawareness of health and safety regulations and commitment to a safe workingenvironment.
- FullUK Driving License essential.
