Job description

TXM Recruit is working with a property management company that provides dedicated VIP service to worldwide clientele. We are looking for a Plumber to work in their head office in London.

Salary: £40,000

Hours: 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm). Flexible during peak summer months.

Overtime: 1.5x over 40 hours and unlimited allowed

Extras: 1 in 4 weekend includes a call‑out rota (May - October)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold‑water systems, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating
• Maintain and repair piped services, including drainage
• Manage and maintain plumbing materials inventory on site
