Role Overview
This is a full-time, office-based role in Walsall, ideal for a legal professional with proven experience inplot salesandnew build conveyancing. ThePlot Sales Paralegalwill manage a high volume of property transactions, ensuring every case progresses smoothly from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multipleplot sale transactionsefficiently
• Drafting and reviewingcontracts, transfers and completion statements
• Responding promptly to enquiries frombuyers’ conveyancers
• Liaising with developers, clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction
• Maintaining accurate case management records and documentation
• Supporting theresidential developmentteam with administrative and legal tasks

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge ofproperty lawandlegal document preparation
• A law degree or equivalent is advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication, research and negotiation skills
• Proven experience indocument reviewand case progression
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage high caseloads under tight deadlines
• Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment, ideally withinplot salesornew build property
