Job summary

A leading healthcare technology firm is looking for a Director, Platform Sales to drive international growth. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in PaaS or SaaS and a deep understanding of the UK healthcare market. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer partnerships. This role requires excellent sales strategy formulation to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in PaaS or SaaS, digital transformation and/or consumer engagement sales required.
  • Knowledge of the UK healthcare industry (Providers and Pharmacy Retailers) is required.
  • A history of successful quota attainment in a complex sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales process for target strategic accounts.
  • Negotiate complex software and professional services agreements.
  • Work collaboratively to build the story and tailored materials for prospective accounts.
