This is a temporary contract paying £18.72ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be a confident and self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of Plasterer within a Housing Operations Responsive Repairs team. Experience of property maintenance would be an advantage; it is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry. You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
