The core role of the Planogram Technician is to support the Planogram Process Manager in the creation, maintenance and publication of effective planograms. They will support the team in the delivery of seasonal product planograms and Merchandise Guidelines. The Planogram Technician will collaborate closely with Retail, Space & Merchandising teams and support them in driving & maximising sales.

What You’ll Do:

1. To ensure high quality planograms are produced which capture commercial opportunities, both seasonally and regionally in continued efforts to maximise sales
2. GloballyBuild strong relationships with Buying & Merchandising teams and ensure continued communication
3. To collaborate closely with Merchandising teams to ensure Department strategy is represented in planograms and Merchandising guidelines
4. To liaise with Department Merchandisers and gain access to product samples for the purposes of keeping theMockshopproduct image library up to date as required
5. To conduct regular reviews of live planograms to ensure accuracy, commerciality and credibility and report findings where necessary
6. Key Interactions and engagement with as part of role:Department Merchandisers and Assistant MerchandisersRetail Managementcolleaguesincluding Store Operationsand Store Managers

5. Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
6. Proven ability in managing sensitive matters whilst ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.
7. Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to push back with professionalism.
8. Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation. Operates with a high level of integrity, diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
9. Effective and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
