Bouygues UK have an exciting opportunity for a career focused Planning Manager to work on a wide variety of new build construction projects. Some of these projects include Oriel, a joint initiative to transform a two-acre site at St Pancras Hospital to deliver a pioneering eye care, research, and education centre. A state-of-the-art building with an anticipated gross internal area of up to 46,000m2. The West Middlesex - Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre (ADC), valued at £80 million. This state-of-the-art facility would provide diagnostic imaging such as X-ray, CT and MRI as well as cancer treatment and renal dialysis for people with kidney problems.

Job Purpose and Scope:
Manage and operate the planning system in accordance with the planning procedures, providing a consistently high level of service. Responsibility of managing the planning resource within pre-construction ensuring effective solutions are provided within the bid process. Manage the planning resource on multiple live projects ensuring the production teams are supported to deliver the project time objectives.
