We’re looking for a skilled Planning Manager to lead on all planning matters under the Town and Country Planning Act, ensuring compliance, maximising development opportunities, and helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

You’ll play a key role in managing planning applications, discharging conditions, and overseeing S106 requirements.

Working closely with our Land, Architecture, and Engineering teams, you’ll ensure a joined-up approach to design and development.

From assessing new land opportunities to appointing and managing external consultants, you’ll provide expert advice and guidance, keeping projects on track and safeguarding commercial outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone with strong town planning experience, excellent knowledge of planning legislation, and proven project management skills. You’ll be confident navigating local authority requirements, driving approvals, and influencing outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.
