A family-run construction business in Southend-on-Sea is looking for a planning co-ordinator/administrator. The role involves liaising with contract managers, managing schedules for trades, and ensuring compliance with building control. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday working hours.
We are currently looking to recruit a planning co-ordinator/administrator to join our family run business based in Southend on Sea. Our company deals with properties that are currently going through insurance claims because they have either suffered escape of water, fire damage or impact damage.
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
