A reputable plumbing and heating company in England is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join their team. The role involves scheduling job cards, handling customer calls, managing workloads, and overseeing stock control. Overview

Our client is a long-established plumbing and heating business with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service. Following continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Scheduler / Planner.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule job cards for external engineering teams
  • Handle technical calls from both business and residential customers
  • Manage workloads using the in-house scheduling system
  • Respond promptly to customer emails and enquiries
  • Book parts and liaise with suppliers
  • Oversee stock control and manage new parts arriving into the business
  • Process invoices accurately
  • Prepare and manage new quotes
Benefits
  • Basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holiday rising with service
