My client is looking for a Town Planner to join their Planning and Development team in Newcastle. As a Planner, you will support the delivery of various planning projects, including residential and commercial developments. Responsibilities include researching planning policies, preparing applications, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
