Town Planner

Kent

£35k - £40k basic plus package

I am working with a developer in Kent who are looking to strengthen the team with a Town planner.

You will be working closely with the rest of the team and report directly in the planning director. The business is super successful and has acquired a lot of land (both immediate and strategic) over the past 24 months. You will be working on a number of very exciting and high profile planning applications in Kent.

You will be a town planner with 2-3 years post graduation experience in local authority, council or planning consultancy in Kent. You will have a good understanding of planning policy's in Kent.

This is a unique and rare opportunity to work for one of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial property developers in Kent and to work with some of the leading names in land buying, development and planning.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualified and RTPI.
  • Ideally you will be 2-4 years post-graduation
  • Be currently working for a planning consultancy or local authority and looking to gain client/ developer side experience.
  • Bright, ambitious and determined for success.
