Perform routine maintenance and repair on equipment such as well heads, separators, tanks, tank batteries, gas meters, and regulators.

Minimum Qualifications for a Pipeline Technician:

  • Drive a company vehicle to various job sites across multiple counties, adhering to all safety and operational protocols. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under our company policy.
  • Use locating equipment and maps to identify underground utility lines and mark them appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with operators, engineers, and management regarding field findings.
  • Measure pipeline readings accurately.
  • Operate valves, chokes, regulators, and dump control valves on natural gas pipelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment including well heads, separators, tanks, tank batteries, gas meters, and regulators.
  • Change gas flow charts, gauge tanks, and perform weed control at well sites.
  • Input daily data into our database system using a laptop.
  • Read and interpret maps and plans effectively.
  • Pass our background check and drug screening.
