Job description

Become a Passionate Pilates Reformer Instructor! Are you ready to share your love of Pilates and help others achieve their fitness goals? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team of wellness experts.

Working hours: 8-hour rotating shift based on 5-day work week

• Weekdays: 7.30am to 3.30pm or 1.30pm to 9.30pm
• Weekends/PH: 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm
• Able to commit full-time position

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging Pilates Reformer group classes and private sessions
• Provide personalized instruction and modifications to ensure safe and effective workouts
• Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and proper technique
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for all participants
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Pilates methods, trends, and industry best practices
• Assist with equipment maintenance and studio organization
• Assist with covering Receptionist’s role with admin duties

Requirements

• Passionate commitment to health, wellness, and the Pilates method
• Minimum of 40-hour Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized training program (We welcome those with basic certification too!)
• 1-2 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Ability to provide modifications and adjustments to meet the needs of diverse clientele
• CPR and First Aid certification would be a bonus
• Enthusiasm for continuing education and professional development
• Able to follow studio's fixed programme sequence and execute accurately to members
• Singapore citizens or PR only due to the quota needed by MOM regulations
