• 2+ years' experience in personal injury law.
• Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence.
• Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury.
• Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients.
