A large NHS Trust in Manchester seeks dynamic and forward-thinking professionals for a healthcare role focused on patient assessment and treatment. Candidates must be HCPC registered and capable of managing complex patient cases independently while working in a multidisciplinary team. The role includes on-call duties and weekend shifts, providing opportunities for professional development and inclusion.
We are looking for forward thinking, dynamic team players who are HCPC registered. You should have the ability to work within an MDT and manage an independent caseload of sometimes complex patients. To assess, diagnose, plan and deliver treatment programs to patients in your care. Our lively multi-disciplinary unit is committed to providing excellent patient-focused care. Within each rotation you will be supported closely by a multi-disciplinary team, allowing you to develop clinical knowledge and skills. We are committed to CPD and provide tailored IST programmes, an active peer support group and regular appraisals. The post will include on calls once competent and weekend working.
The post holder is expected to rotate between Central Intermediate Care Bedbase and Homepathway. Work pattern is Early 7:30am to 15:30pm; Late shift 10:00 - 18:00.
