Key Responsibilities
  • Complete holistic assessments of mobility, movement, and function.
  • Develop personalised, evidence‑based treatment plans.
  • Deliver physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise rehab, and movement‑focused strategies.
  • Track progress and adapt plans to support effective, sustainable recovery.
  • Educate and empower patients (and families) on prevention and home care.
  • Keep clear, accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with osteopaths, Pilates instructors, and the wider wellness team.
  • Contribute to paediatric programmes when needed.
  • Engage in ongoing CPD and skill development.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration (or eligibility).
  • Clinical or hospital experience desirable.
  • Paediatric experience beneficial, though not essential.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and functional movement.
  • Warm, empathetic communication and a patient‑centred approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑informed practice and continuous learning.
