Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience dealing with various clinical conditions.
• Completed CPPE pathway or close to finishing!
• PCN, General Practice or Secondary Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly prescriptions for nursing/care homes.
• Support financial targets within PCN practices.
• Carry out medicines optimisation tasks.
• Review hospital discharge notifications and reconcile medications.

Skills

Driving ability with clean license

Education

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Pharmacy Service Skills

Level 3 QCF Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent
