Job summary

Role Overview

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to work with us.

We are looking for a friendly and hardworking individual to join our busy Homecare team as a Pharmacy support worker.

Homecare is a service that involves arranging medication and treatments to over 8900 patients in their home via 12 different Homecare providers. The department operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:30. We are a small but expanding team of 14 staff including Pharmacy Technicians, Senior Officer, Advanced Senior Pharmacy Support Workers, Senior Pharmacy Support Workers and Pharmacy Support Workers.

Job Description

This role is office based and involves receipting goods and processing invoices for payment through our CMM computer system. Other duties include answering the phone and taking in prescriptions handed in via our hatch.
