Qualifications

We’re looking for a Pharmacy Service Manager- Production to join our pharmacy leadership team based at our Centralised Aseptic Services Unit in London. This is a pivotal role within HCA UK’s pharmacy supply chain, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of aseptic production services that directly impact patient care. You’ll be part of a team that prides itself on clinical excellence and innovation, supporting our mission to provide exceptional care and improve lives every day.

As Pharmacy Service Manager- Production, you’ll lead all aspects of pharmacy production operations, quality, risk, and governance within our aseptic compounding service. You’ll oversee medicines management, strategic planning, and personnel development, ensuring compliance with MHRA, GMP, and other regulatory standards. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and service delivery, while driving innovation and futureproofing our pharmacy services.

  • In-depth knowledge of MHRA regulations, GMP standards, and medicines governance.
