The role requires an MPharm degree, management experience, and GPhC registration. You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our Old Marston Road branch in Oxford.
This community pharmacy is close to the centre of Oxford and has excellent public transport links available. It has a good relationship with the local GP, we are looking for a pharmacist manager who can further develop and strengthen this.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
This pharmacy is open 8.30 - 6.30 Monday - Friday & 9-5.30 on a saturday.
The 49.25 hour contract is based on the following work pattern
Week 1: Monday - Friday
Week 2: 4 days + Saturday
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
