A leading health foundation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pharmacy Dispensary Assistant to join their dynamic pharmacy team. The role involves supervising and training other dispensary assistants while ensuring the effective running of day-to-day operations. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and motivated individual to join our busy and dynamic pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Dispensary Assistant.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the safe and effective running of our dispensary. You will be responsible for supervising and training other dispensary assistants, acting as a positive role model, and ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations.
We are seeking someone who is highly organised, able to work under pressure, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements:
Previous experience in labelling and dispensing medication (essential)
Good IT and computer literacy skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Enthusiasm for supporting colleagues through training and supervision
