Job summary

A reputable medical staffing agency is seeking Pharmacy Dispensers for night shifts in Leamington Spa. The role involves selecting and labeling medications, maintaining patient records, managing stock, and ensuring safe dispatch of prescriptions. Candidates must have UK experience and hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy or equivalent. This position offers competitive hourly rates and a rota of 4 nights on and 4 off.

Qualifications

• Must have UK experience alongside the NVQ2 in Pharmacy or an equivalent UK Dispensing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Select and label medications per prescriptions, following SOPs and legal guidelines.
• Ensure accurate, safe dispatch of prescriptions to patients.
• Maintain Patient Medication Records (PMR) securely and accurately.
• Flag medication issues to the Responsible Pharmacist.
• Manage stock, including receipt, storage, and daily checks.
• Log and process returned orders.
• Send GP letters and contact patients promptly.
• Prepare batch sheets with attention to expiry dates.

Salary: Competitive hourly rate (PAYE / Umbrella)
