About the Role

We’re working with a leading contractor specialising in Passive Fire Protection (PFP) within the social housing sector, who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple live projects, typically valued between £2–4 million, delivering works across Fire Doors, Fire Stopping, Compartmentation, and Containment.

This is a key position for someone who is commercially astute, proactive in managing both direct labour and sub-contractors, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of fire safety compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple PFP projects across London and the Home Counties
  • Ensure delivery within programme, budget, and quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate both direct labour and subcontractor teams
  • Maintain strong commercial control and cost awareness throughout all projects
  • Liaise with clients, housing associations, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and satisfaction
  • Lead on health & safety, quality assurance, and performance monitoring
