Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, communicating with customers, vendors and attendees, and ensuring all events run smoothly and professionally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in event planning and management. This is a hybrid role, based in our Milton Keynes Distribution Centre with regular trips to our London offices, alongside seasonal travel throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, organization, and execution of events from start to finish. Including wholesale gifting experiences, sporting events, retail activations, hospitality, sales meetings and internal events.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event components.
  • Event setup, on-site coordination and pack down
  • Business development, including pitching for revenue generating events business and additional sales
  • Prepare and maintain event materials and assets
  • Track inventory and manage the storage of event equipment and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling meetings, paying vendors and maintaining event files.
  • Assist with budget tracking, post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and reporting.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales or administrative support is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required and travel
  • A team player with a positive attitude and keen attention to detail
  • UK Driving Licence
