Skills and Qualifications:

1. Previous Pest Control experience is required.
2. RSPH/BPCA Level 2 Qualification is required.
3. Proven track record in quality customer service.
4. Ability to develop key relationships and contacts to support growth.
5. Ability to generate new business through self-initiated leads.
6. Full UK driving license.
7. Overtime availability.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a basic salary of £31,000 to £44,000 per annum depending on role and experience, with additional earnings from lead commissions (7%) and overtime, potentially reaching over £40,000. Benefits include a company van, mobile phone, up to 25 days of paid leave plus bank holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday (not deducted from holiday allowance).

Responsibilities:
