Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of predominantly multi-track personal injury claims.
• Meet clients to discuss funding arrangements.
• Advise on liability, quantum, and causation.
• Draft schedules of loss and legal documents.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including insurers and rehab providers.
• Ensure compliance with audit and risk requirements.
• Travel to meet clients at home or in hospital.
