Job description

Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join its Claimant-focused Personal Injury department. The firm deals with a broad range of cases, including:

• Personal Injury - Employer's Liability, Public Liability & Road Traffic Accidents
• Clinical Negligence
• Contentious Probate

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join a supportive and developing team. Additional training will be provided where required, and you will have the support of an experienced assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of injury matters, both pre- and post-litigation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department
• Attend and contribute to networking activities
• Maintain and develop relationships with local businesses and referral partners

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' PQE in Personal Injury litigation
• Proven experience managing a diverse and litigated caseload
• Knowledge of clinical negligence and/or contentious probate (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, reliable and effective team player
