We’re helping a growing specialist Personal Injury firm recruit a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their well-established team in Macclesfield.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident litigator to manage a traditional personal injury caseload (RTA, EL, PL) while receiving hands‑on support and training, including high‑volume MOD work and noise‑induced hearing loss claims.

• 3+ years’ experience handling Personal Injury litigation
• Complete case handler from inception to trial or settlement
• Understanding of CPR, liability, causation, and damages
• Experience meeting performance targets and billing expectations
• Willingness to cross‑train into Industrial Disease
• Excellent client care, compliance, and case management skills
• Driven, personable, and collaborative

What you’ll be doing

• Handling your own litigated PI caseload (RTA, EL, PL)
• Maintaining high client service standards and compliance
• Attending internal ID training and cross‑training into MOD / ID work
• Beginning to take on low‑complexity ID files with mentoring support
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a growing department

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £45,000 depending on experience
