A progressive educational institution in the UK is seeking a Personal Development Manager to oversee the implementation of the Personal Development Programme across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, lead a dedicated team, and develop effective personal development opportunities for students. Salary: £39,101 (fixed point)
Location: Multiple Sites
Hours and Weeks per Year: 37 hours / 52 weeks

The overall purpose of the role is to deliver cross‑college implementation of the Personal Development Programme and deployment of appropriate staffing. The focus is on delivering exceptional personal development opportunities for students through collaboration with curriculum and external and internal services.
The role will require: managing budgets, leading a team with successful outcomes, and developing effective and inclusive personal development programmes across provision types. The ideal candidate must be flexible to the demands of the duties and responsive to local and national needs.
Essential qualifications: minimum Level 5 with a teaching qualification. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is also essential. Experience in managing budgets and leading teams, as well as developing inclusive personal development programmes, is required.
