Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Personal Development Coach to join our successful supply agency team and work within a college in the Newcastle local authority.

About the role

Working as part of an energetic and creative team, the successful Personal Development Coach will:

  • Support students in developing key employability, social, and personal skills.
  • Focus on building and maintaining strong links with local employers to secure industry placements and work experience opportunities.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group coaching to help learners set and achieve personal development goals.
  • Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and progression towards academic and career success.
Requirements

To be considered for the role of Pupil Behaviour Support Assistant (Secondary) you will:

  • Experience supporting young people, preferably in an educational, training, or youth work setting.
  • Be patient and have a caring nature.
  • Experience developing employer partnerships or coordinating work placements.
