A local educational institution in Norwich is seeking a Personal Development Coach to inspire and support young people. In this role, you will develop engaging group sessions and provide one-to-one support, helping students navigate academic and social challenges. The ideal candidate should possess a degree or equivalent and experience working with learners from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to student success and resilience are pivotal. Competitive salary offered.
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time)
£26,587 per annum actual salary
Do you have the energy, empathy, and drive to inspire young people? We are seeking an experienced Personal Development Coach who understands the social, emotional, and academic pressures faced by learners today. In this role, you will be required to develop and deliver engaging group sessions, guide students in setting SMART goals, and provide one-to-one support to help them overcome barriers to success. You’ll encourage resilience, confidence, and wellbeing, while motivating learners to take part in enrichment activities that broaden their horizons.
Compassion and relatability are key – you’ll listen, support, and connect with students from
diverse backgrounds, offering guidance and encouragement that makes a real difference. Working collaboratively with teaching teams from different vocational areas, you’ll help embed personal development across the curriculum and ensure every learner feels supported to flourish both personally and academically.
