A leading healthcare provider in Chester is looking for a proactive individual to provide administrative support to the Chief Pharmacist and Associate Director for Medicines Management. An opportunity has arisen to provide the Chief Pharmacist and Associate Director for Medicines Management and the Deputy Chief Pharmacist with an efficient, effective, administrative, secretarial and organisational support service.
This role is part time, 30 hours per week. It will involve remote working/hybrid working, however there will be a requirement to work from the office on certain days.

The successful candidate will be proactive, highly competent and resilient. They will have good knowledge of the NHS and excellent administrative and organisational skills, including minute taking, diary management and advanced IT skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ideally SharePoint. Attention to detail, the ability to work on their own initiative, independently and as a team player are essential.
