Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and organisational support to the Talent Manager.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and industry contacts on behalf of the Talent Manager.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes to a high standard.
  • Support with project coordination and office management tasks.
  • Be flexible and available to attend classes, training, or industry events outside of standard hours.
